   Where is your factory? How can I visit there?

   Our factory is located in Qingdao City, Shandong Province, China, it is about 30 minutes' drive from Qingdao Airport. Warmly welcome to visit us.

   This is my first time importing from China, what is the process?

   Please don't worry, we will recommend a professional forwarder to help you ship the goods.

   What’s your payment term?

   30% T/T deposit in advance and the balance against the copy of BL or LC AT SIGHT.

   Where is your loading port?

   Loading port is Qingdao.

   What’s your delivery term?

   FOB, EXW, CIF, CFR. 

   What’s your delivery time?

   About 30-50 days after deposit or the copy of original LC.

   What’s your samples policy?

   We can offer free samples but customer should take charge of the freight fee. For OEM service, we charge double cost.

   What is your packing way?

   We have regular packing and mail packing to meet your different selling way, we can also do your special requiremnt such as color box, display box. 

   Do you accept LCL shipment? 

   Yes, we accept LCL shipment.

   What is your MOQ? 

   Our MOQ is 100 pcs for each regular item and 200pcs for OEM service. 

   Are the goods 100% tested before delivery?

   Yes, goods are 100% tested before delivery.

   Can we get after-sales service?

   Yes, we provide 7x24hours satisfied after-sales service.

   Is OEM service available? what is the process?

   Yes, we provide wood furnitures, all of the products can be customized according to the needs of customers.

    What is the OEM process?

   Here is the process we usuall do:

Step1: Collect customers' requirement 

Send us a your layout or plan with dimensions, or send us a sketch of your idea with dimensions, then tell us your detailed requirements. 

Step2: Organize technical seminars

After we receive your specifications and parameters, we will hold a technical seminar to discuss it and feedback you our professional comments.

Step3: Confirm drawing

Chose a perfect project you like and our designers will make drawings for your confirmation. This may last several times until you are satisfied.

Step4: Quotation

After confirming the design and all materials, we will provide a quotation according it.

Step5: Produce and confirm the samples

When we receive your confirmation of quotation and drawings, we start to make sample and send it for your confirmation.

Step6: Commence mass production

After samples are confirmed, we will start mass production as your requirement.

Step7: Quality inspection and shipment

When mass production is finished,  we will strictly test quality before shipment and ensure on-time delivery.
